How exciting!
Unfortunately it means less time for piano and sleep.
In the meanwhile:
The most pointless sign ever. (Taken from the trip to the East Coast in Philadelphia~)
Piano stuff, music, pictures and more videos below
Piano Concerto No. 1 ~Scorpion Fire (sheet music in link)
-Virkato Wakhmaninov (Pun on the name Rachmaninoff) (Jun Wakita)
Haha a cut version was put in a rhythm game (video in link). I don't see how it's possible to play the hardest difficulty. And with the impossible stage there is also an inevitable ragequit.
OTT: Learning various new pieces for next year. Ahhhhhh.
A wallpaper based off The Clear Blue Sky I messed with since there was none for a 1920 x 1080 resolution without upscaling.
The Clear Blue Sky comes from (yet another) (Korean) rhythm game DJ MAX Technika. A multi-touch screen 22" display (with an additional 32" screen for viewers) where you poke/drag at colored dots to the rhythm (no really it's actually quite fun!) - a linearized version of osu! for the arcade. Unfortunately, it's expensive, so I had a total of...4 or 5 plays there. (It's also interesting to note there are only 6 or so machines in California, and over 40 in Taiwan.)
The Clear Blue Sky is one of my favorite MVs from the game.
You can also see gameplay here. Each note is sync'd to a sound, so if you hit it off it sounds strange. Of course, some people just touch the screen if they have a chance to "mix" their own recordings. (Also, notice how there can be lots of things to click/tap - typical of a Korean game hahahaha.)
Also a lot of bicycling was done. One such photo is below:
Note how Adobe's "content aware scale" works when you abuse it.
Lots of links and little things. More soon.
